explorers book and the letter T

Ben got the "Explorer of the Week" book this week in his 2nd grade class--he got to write about anyplace he wanted to, whether near or far. We talked about all kinds of places we have been, but what he really wanted to write about was Pirate's Cove...so here it is. The picture he drew is him jumping off the pirate ship.

p.s. I bribed him to write a third page, offering him one tootsie roll for every line he wrote--it was worth it!
Jake was in charge of the ABC box for his Nursery 4's class, and his letter was "T". We had a blast going around the house looking for all things that start with the letter T--obviously there were some things we found that couldn't fit in the box, like tree, toes, etc. Can you figure out what everything is--some are tricky? Ben tells/writes a good story, and yes, bribery gets results. Love you.

Love it! I am going to send it to my Dad. He'll get a kick out of that.

ps. Today Diesel said, "Next time we go to Pirate's Cove we need to invite Ben 'cause he loves Pirate's Cove with his whole heart!"
